Qualifications

• 2 years in an SDR/BDR role or similar.
• Ability to personalize outreach at scale.
• Experience with outbound tools and platform familiarity.
• Proactive, curious, and coachable.

Responsibilities

• Source and research ideal accounts based on ICP.
• Identify decision makers and build contact lists.
• Craft personalized outbound sequences via email, LinkedIn and phone.
• Book qualified discovery calls for Account Executives.
• Maintain clean records in Salesforce and SalesLoft.
• Test messaging and optimize targeting with the sales team.
