Blacksmith Agency in South Africa is hiring Sales Development Representatives to open doors and drive pipeline. You will own the top of the funnel by researching, sourcing and booking meetings with qualified decision makers, creating the first impression of Blacksmith Agency for potential clients.

This role emphasises thoughtful outreach and smart communication using tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator, SalesLoft, Apollo and Salesforce to hit volume goals while keeping every touchpoint high

Qualifikationen

2 years in SDR/BDR role in agency or SaaS is a plus.
Strong written communication and ability to personalize outreach.
Familiarity with outbound tools like Sales Navigator, SalesLoft, Apollo and ZoomInfo.
Comfortable using Salesforce and managing your own pipeline.
Gritty, curious and coachable.

Source and research ideal accounts based on ICP.
Identify decision makers and build accurate contact lists.
Craft and execute personalized outbound sequences via email, LinkedIn and phone.
Book qualified discovery calls for our Account Executives.
Maintain clean records in Salesforce and SalesLoft.
Test messaging, optimize targeting and tighten feedback loops with the sales team.
