As Retentions Consultant at Blacksmith, you own the top of the funnel: researching, sourcing and booking meetings with qualified decision makers, and creating the first impression of Blacksmith Agency for potential clients.

This is a remote role serving clients across South Africa.

Qualifikationen

• 2 years in SDR/BDR, agency or SaaS experience a plus.
• Strong written communication and personalized outreach.
• Experience with outbound tools and Salesforce.

Aufgaben

• Source and research ideal accounts based on ICP.
• Identify decision makers and build contact lists.
• Craft outbound sequences via email, LinkedIn and phone.
• Book qualified discovery calls for Account Executives.
• Maintain clean records in Salesforce and SalesLoft.
• Test messaging and optimize targeting with the sales team.
