Blacksmith Agency is seeking Sales Development Representatives across South Africa who will own the top of the funnel by researching, sourcing, and booking meetings with qualified decision makers. You will craft thoughtful outreach and represent the Blacksmith brand to potential clients using tools like LinkedIn, SalesLoft, Apollo and Salesforce to hit volume goals while maintaining high-quality touches.

You will build and manage target lists, identify decision makers, and drive discovery calls

Qualifications

• 2 years in an SDR/BDR role; agency or SaaS experience a plus
• Strong written communication and ability to personalize outreach
• Familiarity with outbound tools: Sales Navigator, SalesLoft, Apollo, ZoomInfo
• Comfortable using Salesforce and managing your own pipeline
• Gritty, curious and coachable

Responsabilités

• Source and research ideal accounts based on ICP
• Identify decision makers and build accurate contact lists
• Craft and execute personalized outbound sequences via email, LinkedIn and phone
• Book qualified discovery calls for Account Executives
• Maintain clean records in Salesforce and SalesLoft
• Test messaging, optimize targeting and tighten feedback loops with the sales team
