Blacksmith Agency LLC is hiring Sales Development Representatives across South Africa who are hungry to open doors and drive pipeline. You will own the top of the funnel: researching, sourcing and booking meetings with qualified decision makers, and creating the first impression of Blacksmith Agency for potential clients.

You will perform outreach via email, LinkedIn and phone, build accurate contact lists, and maintain clean CRM records to support the sales team and growth at Blacksmith Agency.

Qualifications

• 2 years in a similar SDR/BDR role or equivalent experience.
• Strong written communication and personalized outreach.
• Familiar with outbound tools and prospecting software.
• Comfortable using a CRM and managing your own pipeline.
• Gritty, curious and coachable.

Responsabilités

• Source and research ideal accounts based on ICP.
• Identify decision makers and build contact lists.
• Craft and execute personalized outbound sequences via email, LinkedIn and phone.
• Book qualified discovery calls for Account Executives.
• Maintain clean records in Salesforce and SalesLoft.
• Test messaging and optimize targeting with the sales team.
