This role focuses on thoughtful outbound outreach using LinkedIn, email, and calls, with tools like Sales Navigator, SalesLoft, Apollo, and Salesforce to achieve volume goals while maintaining quality in every touchpoint.

Qualifications

• 2 years in a similar SDR or BDR role; agency or SaaS experience is a plus.
• Strong written communication and ability to personalise outreach.
• Familiarity with outbound tools like Sales Navigator, SalesLoft, Apollo and ZoomInfo.
• Comfortable using Salesforce and managing your own pipeline.
• Gritty, curious and coachable.

Responsibilities

• Source and research ideal accounts based on our ICP.
• Identify decision makers and build accurate contact lists.
• Craft and execute personalised outbound sequences via email, LinkedIn and phone.
• Book qualified discovery calls for our Account Executives.
• Maintain clean records in Salesforce and SalesLoft.
• Test messaging, optimize targeting and tighten feedback loops with the sales team.
