Job summary

Blacksmith Agency is hiring Sales Development Representatives across South Africa who are hungry to open doors and drive pipeline. You will research ideal accounts, identify decision makers, and craft personalized outbound outreach to open doors and drive pipeline.

As the first impression of Blacksmith, you will book qualified discovery calls, maintain clean records in Salesforce and SalesLoft, and collaborate with Account Executives to tighten outbound messaging and targeting across LinkedIn,

Qualifications

• 2 years in SDR/BDR role; agency or SaaS experience a plus.
• Strong written communication with personalized outreach.
• Familiarity with outbound tools (Sales Navigator, SalesLoft, Apollo, ZoomInfo).
• Comfortable using Salesforce and managing your own pipeline.
• Gritty, curious and coachable.

Responsibilities

• Source and research ideal accounts based on our ICP.
• Identify decision makers and build accurate contact lists.
• Craft and execute personalized outbound sequences via email, LinkedIn and phone.
• Book qualified discovery calls for our Account Executives.
• Maintain clean records in Salesforce and SalesLoft.
• Test messaging, optimize targeting and tighten feedback loops with the sales team.
