This role emphasizes thoughtful outreach and targeted messaging using tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator, SalesLoft, Apollo, and Salesforce to hit volume goals while maintaining high-quality touches.

Qualifications

• 2 years in SDR/BDR role; agency or SaaS a plus.
• Strong written communication and ability to personalize outreach.
• Familiar with outbound tools like Sales Navigator, SalesLoft, Apollo and ZoomInfo.
• Comfortable using Salesforce and managing your own pipeline.
• Gritty, curious and coachable.

Responsabilités

• Own the top of the funnel: researching, sourcing and booking meetings with qualified decision makers.
• Build accurate contact lists and identify decision makers.
• Craft and execute personalized outbound sequences via email, LinkedIn and phone.
• Book qualified discovery calls for Account Executives.
• Maintain clean records in Salesforce and SalesLoft.
• Test messaging and optimize targeting with the sales team.
