Qualifications

• 2 years in SDR/BDR role, agency or SaaS experience a plus.
• Ability to personalize outreach at scale.
• Familiarity with outbound platforms such as Sales Navigator, SalesLoft, Apollo and ZoomInfo.
• Comfort with Salesforce and pipeline management.

Responsibilities

• Source and research ideal accounts based on ICP.
• Identify decision makers and build accurate contact lists.
• Craft and execute personalized outbound sequences via email, LinkedIn and phone.
• Book qualified discovery calls for our Account Executives.
• Maintain clean records in Salesforce and SalesLoft.
• Test messaging, optimize targeting and tighten feedback loops with the sales team.
