Qualifications

• 2 years in SDR/BDR or similar role, preferably in agency or SaaS.
• Strong written communication and ability to personalize outreach.
• Familiarity with outbound tools listed above.
• Comfortable managing your own pipeline.

Responsibilities

• Source and research ideal accounts across SA.
• Identify decision makers and build accurate contact lists.
• Craft and execute personalized outbound sequences via email, LinkedIn and phone.
• Book qualified discovery calls for Account Executives.
• Maintain clean records in CRM systems.
• Test messaging and optimize targeting with the sales team.
