• Minimum 2 years in an SDR/BDR role, agency or SaaS experience favored.
• Strong written communication and ability to personalize outreach.
• Experience with outbound tools and Salesforce preferred.
• Grit, curiosity and coachability.

Responsabilités

• Source and research ideal accounts based on ICP.
• Identify decision makers and build contact lists.
• Craft and execute personalized outbound sequences via email, LinkedIn and phone.
• Book qualified discovery calls for Account Executives.
• Maintain clean records in Salesforce and SalesLoft.
• Test messaging and optimize targeting with the sales team.
