Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years in SDR/BDR or similar role.
• Strong written communication and ability to personalize outreach.
• Experience with outbound tools (Sales Navigator, SalesLoft, Apollo, ZoomInfo).
• Familiarity with Salesforce and managing a pipeline.
• Gritty, curious and coachable.

Responsibilities

• Research ideal accounts based on ICP.
• Identify decision makers and build contact lists.
• Craft and execute personalized outbound sequences via email, LinkedIn and phone.
• Book qualified discovery calls for Account Executives.
• Maintain clean records in Salesforce and SalesLoft.
• Test messaging and optimize targeting.
