Zusammenfassung

Blacksmith Agency is hiring Sales Development Representatives across South Africa who are hungry to open doors and drive pipeline. As Sales Specialist at Blacksmith, you own the top of the funnel: researching, sourcing and booking meetings with qualified decision makers, and creating the first impression of Blacksmith Agency for potential clients.

You will craft personalized outreach via email, LinkedIn and phone, manage your own pipeline in Salesforce, and work remotely from South Africa.

Qualifikationen

2 years in SDR/BDR role; agency or SaaS experience a plus.
Strong written communication and ability to personalize outreach.
Familiarity with outbound tools like Sales Navigator, SalesLoft, Apollo and ZoomInfo.
Comfortable using Salesforce and managing your own pipeline.
Gritty, curious and coachable.

Identify decision makers and build accurate contact lists.

Book qualified discovery calls for our Account Executives.
