This is thoughtful outreach, leveraging LinkedIn, Sales Navigator, SalesLoft, Apollo and Salesforce to meet volume goals while maintaining high-quality touchpoints.

Qualifications

• 2 years in a similar SDR or BDR role; agency or SaaS experience is a plus.
• Strong written communication with the ability to personalize outreach.
• Familiar with outbound tools and prospecting workflows.
• Comfortable using Salesforce and managing your own pipeline.
• Gritty, curious and coachable.

Responsibilities

• Source and research ideal accounts based on ICP.
• Identify decision makers and build accurate contact lists.
• Craft and execute personalized outbound sequences via email, LinkedIn and phone.
• Book qualified discovery calls for Account Executives.
• Maintain clean records in Salesforce and SalesLoft.
• Test messaging and optimize targeting with the sales team.
