As a Call Centre Agent, you own the top of the funnel: researching, sourcing and booking meetings with qualified decision makers, creating the first impression of Blacksmith for potential clients.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years in an SDR/BDR role.
• Strong written communication skills; able to personalize outreach.
• Familiarity with outbound tools such as Sales Navigator, SalesLoft, Apollo and ZoomInfo.
• Comfortable using Salesforce and managing your own pipeline.

Responsibilities

• Source and research ideal accounts across South Africa.
• Identify decision makers and build accurate contact lists.
• Craft and execute personalized outbound sequences via email, LinkedIn and phone.
• Book qualified discovery calls for Account Executives.
• Maintain clean records in Salesforce/SalesLoft and related tools.
• Test messaging and optimize targeting with the sales team.
