As Sales Agent at Blacksmith, you own the top of the funnel: researching, sourcing and booking meetings with qualified decision makers, and creating the first impression of Blacksmith Agency for potential clients.

This full-time remote role emphasizes thoughtful outreach over mass messaging, using tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator, SalesLoft, Apollo and Salesforce

Competenze

• 2 years in an SDR/BDR role, agency or SaaS experience a plus.
• Strong written communication and the ability to personalize outreach.
• Familiarity with outbound tools like Sales Navigator, SalesLoft, Apollo and ZoomInfo.
• Comfortable using Salesforce and managing your own pipeline.
• Gritty, curious and coachable.

• Source and research ideal accounts based on our ICP.
• Identify decision makers and build accurate contact lists.
• Craft and execute personalized outbound sequences via email, LinkedIn and phone.
• Book qualified discovery calls for our Account Executives.
