This role emphasizes thoughtful outreach using LinkedIn Sales Navigator, SalesLoft, Apollo and Salesforce to meet volume goals while maintaining high-quality interactions. Remote work within South Africa is supported.

Formación

• 2 years in SDR/BDR role or similar experience preferred.
• Ability to craft personalized outbound sequences and messages.
• Familiarity with outbound tools and CRM platforms.

Responsabilidades

• Source and research ideal accounts based on ICP.
• Identify decision makers and build accurate contact lists.
• Craft and execute personalized outbound sequences via email, LinkedIn and phone.
• Book qualified discovery calls for Account Executives.
• Maintain clean records in Salesforce and SalesLoft.
• Test messaging and optimize targeting with the sales team.
