Qualifications

• 2 years in SDR/BDR role or similar
• Ability to personalize outbound outreach
• Strong written communication skills
• Familiar with outbound tools (Sales Navigator, SalesLoft, Apollo, ZoomInfo)
• Experience in Salesforce and pipeline management

Responsibilities

• Source and research ideal accounts based on ICP
• Identify decision makers and build contact lists
• Craft and execute personalized outbound sequences via email, LinkedIn and phone
• Book qualified discovery calls for Account Executives
• Maintain clean records in Salesforce and SalesLoft
• Test messaging and optimize targeting with the sales team
