Job summary

Blacksmith Agency LLC is hiring Sales Development Representatives across South Africa who will open doors and drive pipeline. You will own the top of the funnel, researching, sourcing and booking meetings with qualified decision makers, creating the first impression of Blacksmith for potential clients.

This is a remote role (South Africa) with full-time commitment. You will use tools like LinkedIn Navigator, SalesLoft, Apollo, and Salesforce to achieve volume goals while keeping every touchpoint

Qualifications

• Two years in SDR or BDR role, agency or SaaS experience a plus.
• Ability to personalize outbound outreach at scale.
• Familiarity with outbound tools and CRM platforms.

Responsibilities

• Source and research ideal accounts based on ICP.
• Identify decision makers and build accurate contact lists.
• Craft and execute personalized outbound sequences via email, LinkedIn and phone.
• Book qualified discovery calls for Account Executives.
• Maintain clean records in Salesforce and SalesLoft.
• Test messaging and optimize targeting with the sales team.
