• B2B sales experience with quota attainment required.
• 2 years in SDR/BDR role preferred.
• Strong written communication and personalized outreach.

• Familiarity with Salesforce and pipeline management.

Responsibilities

• Source and research ideal accounts matching ICP.
• Identify decision makers and build accurate contact lists.
• Craft and execute personalized outbound sequences via email, LinkedIn and phone.
• Book qualified discovery calls for Account Executives.
• Maintain clean records in Salesforce and SalesLoft.
• Test messaging and optimize targeting with the sales team.
