Qualifications

• 2 years in SDR/BDR role, agency or SaaS preferred.
• Strong written communication and ability to personalize outreach.
• Experience with outbound tools like Sales Navigator, SalesLoft, Apollo and ZoomInfo.

Responsibilities

• Source ideal accounts based on ICP and build contact lists.
• Identify decision makers and book qualified discovery calls.
• Craft multi-channel outbound sequences via email, LinkedIn, and phone.
• Maintain clean Salesforce and SalesLoft records.
• Test messaging and optimize targeting with the sales team.
