Qualifications

• 2 years in SDR/BDR role (or similar)
• B2B sales experience with quota carrying preferred
• Strong written communication and ability to personalise outreach
• Familiarity with outbound tools: Sales Navigator, SalesLoft, Apollo, ZoomInfo
• Comfortable using Salesforce and managing your own pipeline
• Gritty, curious and coachable

Responsibilities

• Source and research ideal accounts based on ICP
• Identify decision makers and build accurate contact lists
• Craft and execute personalised outbound sequences via email, LinkedIn and phone
• Book qualified discovery calls for Account Executives
• Maintain clean records in Salesforce and SalesLoft
• Test messaging and optimize targeting with sales team
