You will translate complex health information into training materials and SOPs, collaborate with global teams, and stay abreast of evolving standards to improve protocol effectiveness and safety.

Qualifications

• Advanced degree in Public Health, Environmental Science, Microbiology, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience developing sanitation, hygiene, or infection-control protocols.
• Deep knowledge of health and safety regulations (WHO, CDC, local authorities).
• Strong research, analytical, and critical thinking skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, with ability to simplify complex info.
• Experience creating training materials and SOPs.

Responsibilities

• Develop comprehensive sanitation and hygiene protocols for diverse settings.
• Integrate latest infectious disease control findings into protocols.
• Create detailed procedural documents, training materials, and checklists.
• Collaborate remotely with cross-functional teams to ensure feasibility.
• Monitor evolving health regulations and industry standards globally.
• Analyze feedback and performance data to improve protocols.
• Develop standardized assessment tools to evaluate sanitation procedures.
• Contribute to the company's knowledge base on best practices.
• Present findings and recommendations to senior management.
