About the Role

This is a fully remote, groundbreaking position focused on designing, documenting, and refining best-in-class sanitation and hygiene protocols applicable across a diverse range of industries and client sites. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of public health, sanitation science, regulatory compliance, and the ability to translate complex information into clear, actionable guidelines. Key Responsibilities

• Develop comprehensive and adaptable sanitation and hygiene protocols for various settings (e.g., healthcare, hospitality, corporate offices, public spaces).
• Research and integrate the latest findings in infectious disease control, microbial science, and cleaning technologies into protocol development.
• Create detailed procedural documents, training materials, and checklists that are easy to understand and implement.
• Collaborate remotely with cross-functional teams, including operations, training, and client management, to ensure protocol feasibility and effectiveness.
• Stay abreast of evolving health regulations, industry standards, and best practices globally.
• Analyze feedback and performance data to continuously improve and update existing protocols.
• Develop standardized assessment tools to evaluate the effectiveness of implemented sanitation procedures.
• Contribute to the company's knowledge base on sanitation and hygiene best practices.
• Present findings and recommendations to senior management and relevant stakeholders.

Requirements

• Advanced degree in Public Health, Environmental Science, Microbiology, or a related field.
• Proven experience (5+ years) in developing sanitation, hygiene, or infection control protocols.
• In-depth knowledge of health and safety regulations (e.g., WHO, CDC, local health authorities).
• Exceptional research, analytical, and critical thinking skills.
• Superior written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to convey complex information clearly and concisely.
• Proficiency in using digital collaboration tools (e.g., Slack, Zoom, Asana, Google Workspace).
• Demonstrated ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and meet deadlines in a remote setting.
• Experience in creating training materials and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
• A strong understanding of different cleaning technologies and chemical applications is beneficial.
