Placements24 is seeking a proactive Sanitation Operations Manager to lead a remote sanitation operations team. The role focuses on strategic planning, implementing and improving sanitation protocols across digital platforms and remote client engagements.

You will leverage technology to monitor and optimize hygiene standards while guiding a geographically dispersed team. You will shape the future of remote sanitation management, drive continuous improvement, and maintain high service levels

Qualifications

• Proven experience in operations management with a focus on sanitation, hygiene, or quality control.
• Experience in managing remote teams effectively.
• Proficiency in using digital tools, project management software, and data analysis platforms.
• Excellent understanding of sanitation principles and health regulations.
• Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience developing and implementing SOPs.
• Ability to work independently in a remote setting.
• A degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field is preferred.
• Familiarity with IoT devices or remote sensing technologies for hygiene monitoring is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage remote sanitation operational strategies and performance metrics.
