Placements24 seeks a highly experienced Remote Operations Sanitation Manager to lead sanitation strategies across multiple sites. This fully remote role requires strategic thinking, strong organization, and remote leadership to ensure hygiene standards are met without on-site presence.

You will develop, implement, and monitor sanitation protocols, manage budgets, and coordinate with vendors and on-site teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in a related field.
• Minimum 5 years in operations management, sanitation, or facilities management across multi-site operations.
• Proven track record in sanitation programs and strategies.
• Knowledge of sanitation principles, cleaning technologies, and regulatory requirements.
• Excellent remote communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
• Proficiency in data analysis, reporting, and using virtual collaboration tools.
• Ability to work independently and drive remote projects.
• Experience in vendor management and contract negotiation.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and standardize sanitation policies across all sites.
