Qualifikationen

• Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in sanitation, hygiene management, food safety auditing, or regulatory compliance in food service, manufacturing, or hospitality.
• In-depth knowledge of sanitation principles, HACCP, GMPs, and health codes/regulations.
• Proven ability to conduct audits and prepare detailed reports.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with strong attention to detail.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication, able to explain complex technical information to diverse audiences.
• Proficiency with virtual collaboration tools and digital documentation systems.
• Self-motivated, able to work autonomously in remote settings.
• Certs like HACCP Manager, PCQI, Lead Auditor desirable.

Aufgaben

• Conduct remote audits of client facilities to assess sanitation, hygiene, and food safety compliance.
• Review documentation including HACCP plans, SOPs, training records, and pest logs via secure platforms.
• Use virtual tools to observe practices and facility conditions.
• Identify non-compliance, risks, and areas for improvement with evidence.
• Prepare and deliver audit reports with findings, recommendations, and action plans.
• Provide expert advice on sanitation, hygiene, and regulatory compliance.
