Blacksmith Agency is hiring Sales Development Representatives across South Africa who are hungry to open doors and drive pipeline. This full-time remote role focuses on sourcing, researching, and booking meetings with qualified decision makers, creating the first impression of Blacksmith Agency for potential clients.

You will own the top of the funnel, leveraging tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator, SalesLoft, Apollo and Salesforce to hit volume goals while maintaining high-quality outreach.

Qualificações

• 2 years in SDR/BDR role; agency or SaaS experience is a plus.
• Strong written communication and the ability to personalize outreach.
• Familiar with outbound tools and CRMs such as Salesforce.

Responsabilidades

• Source and research ideal accounts based on ICP.
• Identify decision makers and build accurate contact lists.
• Craft and execute personalized outbound sequences via email, LinkedIn and phone.
• Book qualified discovery calls for Account Executives.
• Maintain clean records in Salesforce and SalesLoft.
• Test messaging, optimize targeting and tighten feedback loops with the sales team.
