Qualifications

• 2 years in SDR/BDR or similar role required.
• Proven written communication and personalized outreach.
• Experience with outbound tools and CRM systems.
• Agency or SaaS experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Source and research ideal accounts based on ICP.
• Identify decision makers and build contact lists.
• Craft and execute personalized outbound sequences via email, LinkedIn and phone.
• Book qualified discovery calls for Account Executives.
• Maintain clean records in Salesforce and SalesLoft.
• Test messaging and optimize targeting with the sales team.
