Job summary

Blacksmith Agency is hiring Sales Development Representatives across South Africa who are hungry to open doors and drive pipeline. As Sales Executive at Blacksmith, you own the top of the funnel: researching, sourcing and booking meetings with qualified decision makers, and creating the first impression of Blacksmith Agency for potential clients.

This role uses LinkedIn Sales Navigator, SalesLoft, Apollo and Salesforce to hit volume goals while maintaining high quality in every outreach.

Qualifications

2 years in an SDR/BDR role or similar; agency or SaaS experience is a plus.
Strong written communication with ability to personalize outreach.
Familiar with outbound tools and CRM platforms.

Responsibilities

Source and research ideal accounts across South Africa.
Identify decision makers and build accurate contact lists.
Craft and execute personalized outbound sequences via email, LinkedIn and phone.
Book qualified discovery calls for Account Executives.
Maintain clean records in Salesforce and SalesLoft.
Test messaging and optimize targeting with the sales team.
