Blacksmith Agency is hiring Sales Development Representatives across South Africa who are hungry to open doors and drive pipeline. As a Sales Development Representative at Blacksmith, you own the top of the funnel: researching, sourcing and booking meetings with qualified decision makers, and creating the first impression of Blacksmith Agency for potential clients.

This role emphasizes thoughtful outreach over spam, using LinkedIn Sales Navigator, SalesLoft, Apollo and Salesforce to hit volume

Qualifications

• 2 years in SDR/BDR or similar roles.
• Strong written communication; ability to personalize outreach.
• Experience with outbound tools and workflow automation.
• Familiarity with Salesforce and pipeline management.
• Grit, curiosity, and coachability.

Responsabilités

• Source and research ideal accounts based on ICP.
• Identify decision makers and build contact lists.
• Craft and execute personalized outbound sequences via email, LinkedIn and phone.
• Book qualified discovery calls for Account Executives.
• Maintain clean records in Salesforce and SalesLoft.
• Test messaging and optimize targeting with the sales team.
