• B2B sales experience preferred and a quota carrier.
• At least 2 years in an SDR/BDR role, agency or SaaS is a plus.
• Excellent written communication with personalized outreach.
• Familiarity with outbound tools and multi-channel sequencing.
• Experience with Salesforce and pipeline hygiene.

Responsabilidades

• Source and research ideal SA-based accounts aligned to ICP.
• Identify decision makers and build contact lists.
• Craft and execute personalized outbound sequences via email, LinkedIn, and phone.
• Book qualified discovery calls for Account Executives.
• Maintain clean records in Salesforce and SalesLoft.
• Test messaging and improve targeting with the sales team.
