Qualifications

• Proven experience in transport planning, route optimization, or logistics coordination.
• Strong proficiency with transportation management systems (TMS) and routing software.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen eye for detail.
• Effective communication and negotiation skills, suitable for remote collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Plan and schedule daily, weekly, and monthly transport operations to meet delivery targets and service level agreements.
• Optimize delivery routes and schedules using transportation management systems (TMS) and routing software.
• Analyze transportation data to identify cost-saving opportunities and efficiency improvements.
• Coordinate with drivers and dispatch teams to ensure smooth execution of transport plans.
• Negotiate rates and terms with third-party carriers when necessary, managing carrier performance.
• Maintain accurate records of all transportation plans, costs, and performance metrics.
