Job summary

Placements24 is seeking a highly motivated RF Engineer for a fully remote role. You will design, analyze, and optimize RF networks, conduct site surveys, and develop propagation models to ensure optimal coverage and performance across cellular, Wi‑Fi, and other wireless systems.

Responsibilities include RF troubleshooting, hardware specification, and cross‑functional collaboration while staying current with RF technologies and reporting findings.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical or Telecommunications Engineering or related field.
• Minimum 4 years' RF engineering experience focused on wireless networks.
• Strong RF fundamentals: propagation, antennas, and digital comms.

Responsibilities

• Design, analyze, and optimize RF networks (cellular, Wi-Fi, others).
• Conduct RF site surveys, drive tests, and post-processing analyses.
• Develop propagation models and interference analyses for planning.
• Troubleshoot RF issues to ensure strong signal and coverage.
• Specify RF hardware: antennas, base stations, transmission lines.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate RF solutions.
