Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field; MBA preferred.
• Minimum of 7 years of regional management or multi-site operations leadership.
• Proven ability to drive revenue growth and manage P&Ls.
• Proven experience leading and managing remote teams effectively.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve regional business objectives, including revenue growth and market penetration.
• Lead, manage, and mentor a remote team of professionals, fostering a high-performance culture and ensuring accountability.
• Oversee regional operations, ensuring efficiency, compliance, and adherence to company standards.
• Identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to expand the company's presence in the region.
• Manage regional budgets, resources, and P&L responsibilities effectively.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, partners, and community leaders.
