Qualifications

• Professional designation as a Certified Property Valuer or equivalent.
• Minimum of 5 years of real estate valuation experience.

• Excellent report writing and presentation skills.
• Proficiency in using valuation software and databases relevant to the SA market.
• Understanding of the regulatory landscape governing property valuation in Centurion and environs.
