Placements24 is seeking a meticulous Real Estate Valuer for our Welkom-based team. You will conduct on-site inspections, analyze market data, and apply valuation methods to deliver credible reports for mortgage lending, investments, and litigation support.

The role requires a professional valuation qualification as a Registered Valuer, at least 3 years' experience, and solid knowledge of South African property law.

Qualifications

• Professional qualification as a Registered Valuer.
• Minimum of 3 years' experience in property valuation.
• In-depth knowledge of valuation principles and South African property law.
