Qualifications

• Minimum 4 years as a Paralegal focusing on Real Estate and Property Law.
• Proficient in conveyancing procedures and property legislation.
• Excellent drafting and document review skills.
• Strong organization and meticulous attention to detail.
• Able to work remotely with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Assist with sales, purchases, and leases in property transactions.
• Prepare deeds, leases, and transfer documents for review.
• Conduct title searches and review property records.
