About the Role

Our client is seeking a proactive and dedicated Remote Real Estate Acquisition Specialist to identify and secure promising investment properties across various regions. This is a fully remote position, requiring a self-motivated individual with a strong understanding of real estate markets and investment strategies. You will be responsible for sourcing off-market deals, conducting initial property analysis, and negotiating purchase agreements. Your primary goal will be to expand the company's property portfolio by finding undervalued assets and forging beneficial relationships with sellers and agents nationwide, including opportunities in Bloemfontein and the Free State.

Key Responsibilities

• Proactively source potential real estate investment opportunities through various channels, including direct outreach, networking, and online platforms.
• Conduct preliminary financial analysis and due diligence on potential acquisitions to assess viability and profitability.
• Engage with property owners and their representatives to negotiate purchase terms and secure favorable agreements.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with real estate agents, wholesalers, and other industry professionals.
• Prepare detailed reports on prospective deals for the investment committee.
• Stay informed about market conditions and property values in target acquisition areas.

Requirements

• Proven experience in real estate acquisition , wholesaling, or investment sourcing.
• Strong understanding of real estate valuation, market analysis, and negotiation principles.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and networking skills.
• Proficiency in CRM software and common real estate analysis tools.
• Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and achieve ambitious acquisition targets remotely.
• Familiarity with the South African property market, including regions like the Free State , is beneficial.
