Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Education, Literacy, or related field; Master's preferred.
• Certification in Reading Intervention or Literacy Education.
• Proven experience supporting students with reading difficulties using evidence-based strategies.
• Proficiency with virtual learning tools and online assessment platforms.
• Strong knowledge of literacy development and child growth.
• Excellent communication, empathy, and patience with young learners.

Responsibilities
