About the Role

The specialist will be responsible for reviewing and analyzing quality control data, ensuring compliance with strict regulatory standards (e.g., GMP, FDA guidelines), and participating in quality improvement initiatives. Key Responsibilities

• Review and analyze quality control data from various manufacturing batches and processes.

• Prepare and maintain accurate documentation, including certificates of analysis, test results, and batch records.
• Identify deviations from quality standards and participate in investigations to determine root causes and implement corrective actions.
• Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., R&D, Manufacturing, Regulatory Affairs) via virtual channels to resolve quality-related issues.
• Assist in the preparation for and participation in regulatory audits and inspections.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of quality control processes and systems.
• Stay up-to-date with relevant pharmaceutical regulations and quality best practices.
• Manage and maintain electronic quality management systems and databases.
• Provide support for product release activities by ensuring all quality requirements are met.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy, Chemistry, Biology, or a related life science field.
• Proven experience in quality control or quality assurance within the pharmaceutical or biopharmaceutical industry.
• In-depth knowledge of GMP, ICH guidelines, and regulatory requirements for pharmaceuticals.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data.
• Proficiency in using electronic laboratory notebooks (ELNs), LIMS (Laboratory Information Management Systems), and other quality management software.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, essential for remote collaboration.
• Self-motivated and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a remote setting.
