Placements24 is seeking a Remote Purchasing Coordinator to join our client’s procurement team. This fully remote role focuses on coordinating purchases, maintaining inventory levels, and supporting departments from a home office.

You will process requisitions, obtain supplier quotes, negotiate prices, and track orders while communicating clearly with internal teams to minimize costs and improve processes. Prior procurement experience is essential.

Qualifications

• Experience as Purchasing Coordinator or similar in procurement.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines remotely.
• Background in business administration preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate procurement of goods and services within budget.
