Placements24 is seeking a proactive Community Outreach Coordinator for a fully remote role focused on improving health service access for underserved communities in South Africa. You will develop outreach strategies, engage with community leaders, organize events, and drive program evaluation and reporting to demonstrate impact.

The successful candidate will have a Bachelor's in Public Health or related field, 3+ years in outreach or health promotion, strong communication skills and experience

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Public Health, Community Health, Social Work or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in community outreach, health promotion, or program coordination.
• Proven ability to build and maintain relationships with diverse community groups.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement outreach plans to promote health services and programs.
• Identify and build partnerships with community organizations and leaders.
• Organize events, health fairs, workshops and information sessions.
