Placement24 is seeking a meticulous and strategic Remote Production Planning Specialist to optimize production schedules and resource allocation across our manufacturing network. This fully remote role focuses on forecasting demand, developing production plans, and ensuring efficient material flow to meet customer orders while minimizing costs and lead times.

You will collaborate with sales, procurement, and operations to support facilities near Mahikeng and beyond, leveraging ERP/APS systems

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or related field.
• 3-5 years of experience in production planning, scheduling, or supply chain.
• Proficiency in production planning software (ERP, APS) and MS Excel.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen eye for detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective remote teamwork.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
