Placements24 is seeking a meticulous Production Planner & Scheduler to join our manufacturing team in Mahikeng. You will create and maintain production plans, coordinate with procurement, and monitor progress to ensure on-time delivery and optimized resources.

Ideal candidates have strong ERP/MRP experience, excellent Excel skills, and a collaborative approach to coordinating with production, sales, and inventory teams.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in production planning or scheduling within a manufacturing environment.
• Strong understanding of MRP (Material Requirements Planning) and ERP systems.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other planning software.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills to work with cross-functional teams.

About the Role

This role is critical in ensuring that production schedules are efficiently managed to meet demand, optimize resource utilization, and minimize lead times. You will work closely with production, inventory, and sales teams to create and maintain accurate production plans.
