This role focuses on boosting efficiency and sustainability of chemical manufacturing through data analysis, simulation, and advanced control strategies.

You will identify bottlenecks, reduce waste, and drive operational performance while collaborating virtually with on-site teams.

Qualifications

Degree in Chemical Engineering or related discipline.
Minimum 5 years in process engineering with emphasis on optimization and control.
Experience with process simulation software (Aspen HYSYS, Pro/II) and statistical tools.
Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
Excellent analytical, problem-solving and communication skills.
Familiarity with data acquisition systems and industrial automation is a plus.

Responsibilities

About the Role

Key Responsibilities

Analyze process data to identify areas for improvement in efficiency, throughput, and resource utilization.
Develop and implement optimization strategies using process modeling and simulation techniques.

Collaborate virtually with on-site operations teams to troubleshoot issues and implement process changes.
Prepare detailed reports and present findings and recommendations to management and technical teams.

Requirements
