You will lead virtual collaborations with site engineers, drive pilot studies, and deliver clear recommendations while ensuring safety and environmental compliance. A master’s or PhD and 10+ years of experience are expected.

Qualifications

• Master's or Ph.D. in Chemical Engineering or related field.
• At least 10 years of process engineering experience with a focus on optimization.
• Proficiency with process simulation tools (Aspen Plus, HYSYS) and statistics (JMP, Minitab).
• Strong ability to work independently in a remote, multi-project environment.
• Excellent communication and virtual collaboration skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze process data from multiple sites to identify areas for optimization in terms of yield, energy consumption, and throughput.
• Develop and implement process improvement strategies using advanced modeling, simulation, and statistical analysis techniques.
• Collaborate virtually with site engineers, operations managers, and R&D teams to implement and validate process changes.
• Design and oversee pilot studies or plant trials to test optimization strategies remotely.
• Develop comprehensive reports and present findings and recommendations to senior management and site teams.
• Ensure all proposed optimizations align with safety regulations, environmental standards, and company objectives.
