Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial or Mechanical Engineering or related field.
• 4+ years in process improvement, operations analysis, or manufacturing engineering focusing on optimization.
• Lean manufacturing and Six Sigma experience (Green/Black Belt a strong plus).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with data interpretation ability.
• Proficient with process mapping tools (Visio) and statistical software (Minitab).
• Excellent written and verbal communication for remote collaboration.

Requirements
