You will guide clients through complex shifts, advising C-suite executives and leading transformation initiatives from conception to execution, in a location-independent environment.

With 10+ years in management consulting, you will lead strategic roadmaps, leverage AI, data analytics, and cloud solutions, and mentor virtual teams while building trusted relationships

Qualifications

• 10+ years in management consulting focusing on strategy and digital transformation.
• Proven track record leading large-scale transformation programs and advising C-level leaders.
• Strong understanding of emerging technologies and their strategic implications.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Master's degree or equivalent; professional certifications a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead development and execution of strategic transformation roadmaps for clients, focusing on digital innovation and business model evolution.
• Conduct in-depth market analysis, competitive intelligence, and technology assessments to identify strategic opportunities and challenges.
• Drive the implementation of digital solutions, including AI, data analytics, cloud adoption, and customer experience platforms.
• Mentor and guide consulting teams, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous learning in a virtual setting.
• Build and maintain strong, trusted advisor relationships with senior client stakeholders, ensuring project success and client satisfaction.
