Placements24 is seeking a passionate Remote Online Preschool Educator to deliver engaging, age-appropriate lessons via our virtual platform. This part-time, fully remote role focuses on fostering curiosity, social interaction, and early foundational skills for preschoolers.

You will plan interactive activities, assess progress, and communicate with families while maintaining a positive, supportive online classroom environment.

Qualifications

• Relevant qualification in Early Childhood Education or related field.
• Experience teaching preschool-aged children, preferably online.
• Strong understanding of preschool curriculum and developmental milestones.
• Excellent digital literacy and experience with video conferencing tools.
• Exceptional communication and engagement skills.
• Ability to create a fun, interactive online classroom.
• Reliable internet and suitable home office setup.
• Ability to work independently with part-time schedule.
• Must pass a background check.

Responsibilities

• Plan and deliver engaging, age-appropriate online lessons for preschool-aged children.
• Facilitate interactive virtual activities, including story times, sing-alongs, creative arts, and educational games.
• Create a positive, supportive, and stimulating online learning environment.
• Observe and assess children's participation and progress during online sessions.
• Communicate effectively with parents/guardians regarding their child's engagement and development.
• Manage classroom behavior and encourage participation in the virtual setting.
• Utilize various digital tools and platforms to enhance the learning experience.
• Collaborate with other remote educators and the program management team.
• Ensure the safety and privacy of all children during online interactions.
• Provide constructive feedback and support to children and families.
